"It's amazing how pervasive food is"

I've been known to travel great distances for food.  I've gone down to Niagara Falls just to get pizza (it was really good pizza), or out to Guelph for chicken fingers.  Yup.  I'm crazy.  So when I heard about the #TourDeColette food truck that's been giving away samples of their amazing product in preparation of the grand opening, I thought that I would go down and give it a try.  And it did not disappoint.  Shown below, I had the tuna and anchovy tartine.  De-freaking-licious.

While down there, I look some pictures of the playhouses on King St.  I loved getting dressed up as a kid, and going to see a play with my parents.  The Lion King was one of my favourites, but Wicked is definitely a contender as well (there were literally flying monkeys, it was so cool!).

I can't wait for their grand opening, especially after seeing the Saigon Crab, and Peach Granola Parfait from today!

Until next time,

Happy eating,

xoxo K
