“But the beauty is in the walking -- we are betrayed by destinations”

I've been feeling kind of frumpy lately.  When I was younger (because I'm so old now), I played competitive softball, and last summer, my job required that I wear steel-toed boots (a.k.a. walking around on a 9hr shift with ankle weights).  Needless to say, I've lost any remaining muscle in my legs.  I started going for nightly walks and bike rides in an attempt to work out (re: so I can eat more donuts during the day and not feel as guilty).

I'm lucky enough to live right beside a bike bath, so it makes exercise convenient (guess that means I don't have an excuse not to exercise).  And for full disclosure, I don't actually wear this cute of an outfit when I go for my walks, but I didn't think you would appreciate seeing my hair in a haphazard bun, old lululemon shorts and oversized t-shirts.  Very sexy.

Sweater: J. Crew (it's the softest sweater, and washes up really well) // Shirt: old, similar here // Necklace: J. Crew, extra 40% off with code TREAT // Shorts: old, similar here // Shoes: Cece flats (I'm seriously considering starting a petition to bring them back)

Until next time,

Happy walking,

xoxo K
