"There is nothing wrong with change...if it is in the right direction"

I've been addicted to The Body Shop lately.  They have been having some amazing deals, like this goodie bag shown below.  It's an $85 value, but you can grab everything shown below for only $25! I'm addicted to the Satsuma body polish (and have been for about 4 years now).  The kit also comes with the Satsuma bubble bath (because who doesn't like a bubble bath?), the honey body butter, the hand cream, and strawberry lip butter.  Oh, and of course the reusable organic bag!  Also shown is the membership card, that I picked up for $7 with this purchase.  You save 10% on all purchases, and there are special incentives and customer appreciation events, plus a birthday gift.

Not shown is the Moisture foundation (with SPF 15) that I fell in love with a few weeks ago.  I've always been a fan of the Makeup Forever HD foundation, and have been using it since I was 17 years old, but I've found recently that it feels really cake-y, heavy, and insanely expensive (I'm sorry, but I'm tired of spending $50 + on my foundation, and I'm sure it never use to be that expensive).  The Body Shop foundation, on the other hand, is really light weight, has good, but breathable, coverage, and is relatively inexpensive (it's only $17!).  I bought the #2 colour, and having been adding my Too Faced bronzer to get the perfect colour.

Also not shown is the Satsuma (I told you I'm addicted) sorbet moisturizer.  I put it on my poor, sunburned legs right after I shower to help reduce the dryness and peeling.

Do you ever buy anything at the Body Shop? Do you ever finally give up on something you've been using for years, only to question why you waited so long to change?

Until next time,

Happy shopping,

xoxo K
